Growth Studios didn't come out of nowhere. It's the result of ten years of operational practice, where we learned what digital projects actually fail at.
The beginning
The observation
At 16, Ivan builds his first websites and online shops. He notices something early: digital projects rarely fail because of the technology, but because of what sits behind it. Processes, data, operations. That observation becomes the foundation for everything that follows.

The team comes together
The founding of SEH Sports & Entertainment Holding brings together the team behind Growth Studios today. Over the following years, we take on multiple mandates including SK Austria Klagenfurt, FC Viktoria Berlin, GMC and top-10 heavyweight boxer Filip Hrgovic.

A league from zero
The biggest one: building the European League of Football. From an idea to a pro league with teams across several European countries, hundreds of thousands of fans worldwide and seven-figure operational revenue. We build everything a league needs to run digitally. Website, app, online shop, streaming platform powered by our own remote cloud TV production, ticketing, merchandise with logistics, B2B platform, single sign-on, fantasy manager, data platform and more.

What we learned
Across all those mandates, we see the same pattern: in almost every company, operations get improvised because the necessary tech know-how is either missing or unaffordable. Tools get duct-taped together, processes live in people's heads, data sits in silos. That's where the idea for Growth Studios comes from.

Three founders, one shared story.
Growth Studios is run by three founders who have worked together since the SEH years. Each brings a clearly defined area. Together, we cover strategy, operations and technical execution.

Ivan Karajica
CEO
At SEH, Head of Merchandising & Digital, responsible for building out a wide range of digital topics, from e-commerce operations to a full digital league infrastructure. At Growth Studios, Ivan leads the studio and strategy, with a focus on efficiency and revenue potential. At home in both the business and the dev world.

Felix Arnold
COO
At SEH, responsible for all merchandising operations, from product development and sourcing to warehousing and logistics. At Growth Studios, Felix leads the operational side of the studio. Strengths: organization, team management and making sure everything runs the way it should.
